Natura Viva offers a wide variety of rental outdoor equipment in Helsinki, from kayaks to canoes, SUP boards, Fatbikes and rowing boats

Kayaking is a great way to access the beautiful archipelago of Eastern Helsinki! In summer the days are long and there is plenty of light for paddling throughout the day. Beginners and experts alike can rent a kayak from us and find themselves a suitable route to paddle.

The Baltic Sea offers usually enjoyable and calm paddling conditions, suitable also for beginners. There are several recreational islands within a small paddling distance, on which you are allowed to go ashore. Some of these islands even allow camping, there are public saunas and common campfire places. Vuosaari Paddling Center is the best destination for kayaking in Southern Finland!

• Kayaks - for both both beginners and people with experience

• Paddle boards - Stand-up paddles that accommodate peaceful summer trips and longer expeditions

• Canoes and rowing boats - take your family to a nice tour around the archipelago

• Fatbikes - The nature trails of Kallahti and Uutela provide beautiful marine landscapes and varying terrain.

Natura Viva Vuosaari Paddling Center serves everyone interested in paddling

Natura Viva's paddling center in Helsinki, Vuosaari is the number one destination for every paddling lover in the middle of beautiful and maritime Helsinki. The canoeing center is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Rent a kayak, SUP board, rowing boat or Fatbike, also come for a coffee!

Buy a Natura Viva Season pass and go paddling on your own already in May. With an outdoor season card you can paddle, sup-board, bike, row and snowshoe as much as you like. Fatbikes are available throughout the year!

CAFE PAJA KALLAHTI

NEW! Paja Kallahti ice cream café opened in May 2024. Renowned for its Signature ice creams, the café-restaurant invites gourmets to enjoy loose ice creams, savoury and sweet treats and thirst-quenching refreshments in the most beautiful scenery of East Helsinki.

The menu includes Paja's own locally produced artisan ice creams, freshly ground coffee, non-alcoholic and alcoholic refreshments and dishes that will satisfy even the hungriest sailor. The secret recipe for marble pancakes with jam and whipped cream might just blow your mind.

The indoor seating capacity is around 20 and with a 30-seat seafront terrace, you can enjoy the delicacies, the sea and the sun.
